We believe in giving everyone on our team the opportunity to learn all tasks, at all stages of the making process. There's no reason for us to do otherwise. Ensuring that each product is of the highest quality matters to us, but one area that does not affect product integrity in any way is labelling. Quite a visual task, we don't discourage our vision impaired staff from giving it a go.

Is it the end of the world if a label isn't perfectly straight, or has a small bubble in it? No! 

Does it show that a real person with real intention handled the product instead of a thoughtless machine? Yes!

Is the product inside the packaging of the exact same high quality as all others? Yes!
